  • Rationalize financial and accounting processes, including the AR, AP, Tax and Treasury from corporate to the business unit to consolidate the company’s financial position.
  • Manage the end-to-end joint venture (JV) development process, including due diligence, recognizing target organizations for JV, establishing opportunities for alliances, and mediating transactions.
  • Examine balance sheets, income and cash flow statements to consider appropriate investments in JV partnerships and propose equitable offers.
  • Direct multimillion-dollar program portfolios to build strategies/business plans and set up/administer greenfield projects.
  • Forecast, approve and control project budgets, and deploy project management structures to steer the programs.
  • Evaluate project performance to incorporate a continuous improvement regime and execute the projects on time and within budget.
  • Apply project governance frameworks to track, report and resolve problems while streamlining project processes to strengthen operational effectiveness.
